Experience
Necessary:
o BREEAM assessor: Experience with BREEAM in use is a must, other BREEAM projects are an advantage. A valid BREEAM assessor license is preferable, but not a must. We can cover the upgrade if yours has expired.
o Technical knowledge: Building design and utility networks.
o ESG knowledge: basic understanding of the current EU legislative landscape, technology and other market trends.
o Project management: Prior experience with managing other team members, subcontractors and stakeholders is a must.
Advantage:
o Research capabilities: Prior experience with research and analysis, a more complex understanding of the business environment, especially in the real estate sector is an advantage
Skills
o Self-reliance: Able to work individually on given tasks within various workgroups. Able to prioritise tasks, according to set deadlines and changing business needs.
o Team player: You like to communicate with the team and have working proficiency in both Czech and English.
o Appetite for building a new team: You will be part of a smaller local team with high potential to grow your project portfolio as well as a presence in both markets.
o Appetite for continuous learning: both in the green building space (LEED, GRESB) and in wider ESG topics.
o Business development: Able to secure new clients and deals in your field of expertise.
Tasks
o Main tasks: You will lead the management and submission of BREEAM applications and advise clients on their certification needs and the process.
o Cooperation: Help with other ESG services as we continue to grow. Regular cooperation with other CEE and EMEA ESG.
o Mapping trends: Identify current trends in the field of ESG.
o Market eminence: Public presentations at workshops and conferences. Generally helping the market to understand the ESG landscape, mainly in your green building expertise.
o Travel: Occasional outdoor tasks, site inspections, client presentations or networking events. As we cover both the Czech Republic and Slovakia, there might also be a less frequent need to travel regionally.
